Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates and quotes provided by Cariveau Site Solutions are:

Based on information provided by the customer and site conditions at the time of inspection
Valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
Subject to change if site conditions differ from initial assessment
Not binding until a written contract is signed by both parties

Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered during project execution, such as rock, underground utilities, or poor soil conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract and may include:

Deposit required before work begins (typically 25-50% of total cost)
Progress payments for larger projects
Final payment due upon project completion
Accepted payment methods: check, cash, or bank transfer

Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law. Unpaid balances may result in liens on the property and collection actions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule services:

Notice must be provided at least 48 hours before scheduled work
Cancellations after work has begun may result in charges for labor and materials used
Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced
Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no penalty

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure clear access to the work area for equipment and personnel
Keep pets and children away from active work areas
